Retirement Plan

ICCI offers a traditional pre-tax 401(k) plan and a post-tax Roth 401(k) plan through Fidelity Investments. ICCI augments employee savings with a company match of dollar-for-dollar up to the IRS maximum (15.5k in 2007). Matching contributions are vested immediately.

Medical/Dental/Vision/Prescription

ICCI provides comprehensive health and dental insurance through CareFirst Blue Cross/Blue Shield for employees and their families. Three quality plans are offered to enable employees to choose the coverage level that meets their needs. Health care insurance options include: Preferred Provider Organization (PPO), Opt-Out Open Access (POS), and Health Savings Account (HSA). Premiums are pretax and are shared equally between ICCI and the employee. Coverage begins on the first day of the month following start date.

Life Insurance

Life Insurance and AD&D benefit of $100K is offered at no cost to eligible employees. Additional supplemental life and AD&D insurance may be purchased by the employee up to $500K. Optional life insurance may also be purchased for family members.

Long Term/Short Term Disability

ICCI offers company paid Long Term Disability with up to $8,000 monthly benefit after 90 days of disability. ICCI also offers a group Short Term Disability Plan that may be purchased by the employee.

Professional Development

ICCI maintains a training budget and encourages employees to develop technical skills and receive professional certifications.

ICCI strongly encourages employees to obtain technical certifications and pays exam fees and bonuses for each certification earned. We employ leaders in the field and provide incentive bonuses to encourage the publication of technical articles and books.

Through ICCI's wholly-owned subsidiary coreservlets.com, ICCI employees may attend technical seminars led by Marty Hall covering topics topics such as AJAX, GWT, JSF, Struts, and Hibernate. Employees are encouraged to participate in these company events held at our office.
